Joe Maye has over 11 years of diverse experience in the formal financial sector. He has worked with both local and international financial institutions to drive various market penetration, product development, and growth initiatives. Armed with a heavy background in Banking and Information Technology, Mr. Maye offers deep expertise and experience in Product Development, Business Process Improvement and Innovation and Financial Modelling.
Most recently, he served as the Head of Retail Banking at a prominent Kenyan bank achieving tremendous growth in sales, transactions numbers and transactions volume. This led to recognition from the Kenya Banking Awards 2013, where the bank secured two awards.
Frequently involved in the roll-out of various contemporary financial products, Mr. Maye is an expert in sales, marketing and communication.
