Indrajith (Jith) Wijesiriwardana

Indrajith (Jith) Wijesiriwardana is a highly skilled consultant in International Development Finance with over 18 years international experience in 28 countries. His key areas of experience include Microfinance and SME Finance (MSME) and Capacity Building in the financial sector. His experience extends to post-conflict microfinance. His current work involves developing capacity in financial institutions that focus on MSME, developing inclusive financial systems, transformations, and product development. Prior to his career in consulting, he was in commercial banking in Sri Lanka.

Indrajith is a regular resource person in related subjects at international training programmes in many parts of the world. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds MBA and MA (Econ) degrees. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an independent consultant based in the UK.
