Ms. Odera has 15 years experience in private sector development, specifically microfinance in Kenya and other countries. Prior to joining Microfinance House Ltd, Ms. Odera worked for several years in rural finance related programmes.

Ms. Odera has vast skills and experience in consulting for the microfinance sector and successfully undertaken market research and other surveys, product development and training in Market Research and Product Development in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania and other countries.
Ms. Odera has a strong educational background and holds a Masters in Business and Administration from University of Nairobi, Master in Microfinance – magna cum laude Giordano Del Amore Foundation Italy, and Bachelor of Education (Business Option) from Kenyatta University. Ms. Odera is a certified MicroSave Service provider in Market Research and Product Development.
