Rosemary Kantai
Ms. Rosemary Kantai has over twenty years’ hands on experience in the small enterprise development field, fifteen of them in Micro-finance operations, product development, management and training. For 15 years she managed a very profitable portfolio in Kenya Women Finance Trust - one of the leading Microfinance Institutions in Kenya - as the General Manager Operations.

In those 15 years, Rosemary was heavily involved in rebuilding the institution, introducing new products, designing operational manuals, staff development and review of management information systems. She also headed the product development teams.

Rosemary has extensive experience in Capacity building for microfinance institutions and in the design and delivery of Microfinance training programs. She is currently working with several institutions in Kenya to improve their performance following the post election crisis that hit the country at the beginning of 2008.

Rosemary is currently an Enterprise Development Consultant specializing in Microfinance and also one of the directors of Mwangaza Business Development Services Ltd.
