Indrajith (Jith) Wijesiriwardana is a highly skilled consultant in international development finance with over 18 years international experience from 28 countries. His key areas of experience include Microfinance and SME Finance (MSME) and Capacity Building in the financial sector. His experience extends to post-conflict microfinance. His current work involves developing capacity in financial institutions focussing on MSME, developing inclusive financial systems, transformations, and product development. Prior to his career in consulting, he was in commercial banking in Sri Lanka. Indrajith is a regular resource person in related subjects at international training programmes in many parts of the world and currently works in Kathmandu Nepal as team leader for designing a national rural finance development programme funded by Asian Development Bank. Indrajith is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds MBA and MA (Econ) degrees. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is an independent consultant based in the UK. |
