Mattias Grammling works as an independent consultant in the field of microfinance. he has (re-) designed various staff incentive schemes. as a member of a team of researchers and senior specialists that is currently exploring the impacts of staff incentive schemes he has reviewed around 30 incentive schemes in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.
