Kadry Furany has over 14 years of experience in the microfinance field. His experience includes establishing and strengthening the performance of microfinance institutions by improving the human resources capacity, establishing appropriate systems, (MIS, accounting and internal control, monitoring and evaluation, credit policies and procedure, HR and Admin) developing or assist in developing business plans and designing appropriate financial and non-financial products.

He led the establishment and/or building the capacity of several microfinance institutions in Africa. He is currently leading the Small Economic Activities Development sector of CARE Canada, which embraces a large array of microfinance and business development services interventions in Africa, Asia, and South America.
