Ms. Nora Ajagjal is currently working as an independent microfinance consultant. She had previously worked for different international capacity building projects for international organizations: AMIDEAST, DAI, MicroSave, etc.

She has an extensive experience in delivering training and technical assistance in the areas of Market Research, Product Development and Strategic Marketing to MFIs in the MENA region and East Africa. Ms. Ajagjal has provided technical assistance to MFIs of different types and capacity in different countries such as Morocco, Egypt, Yemen, Haiti, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, etc.

Nora is also a MicroSave Certified Service Provider (CSP) in marketing areas namely: Market Research for Microfinance, Customer Service Management and Corporate Branding. She is also a CGAP Certified trainer in Product Development. She is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing at Rennes University and speaks fluent French, Arabic, English and Berber.
