The School of Applied Microfinance (sam) is a two-week program which provides MFIs with practical, applicable and actionable skills.

sam focuses on developing practical skills that can be immediately applied by participants; it provides MFIs the opportunity to develop and internalize applicable and actionable skills that can make a significant difference to institutions.

sam offers a first-class training program in East Africa, to allow microfinance managers, bankers consultants and trainers to develop the perspective, and above all practical skills, necessary to improve and expand the microfinance services that their institutions offer.
